Requirements for this position are as follows

• Must be a current license LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCADC, LMFT.

• The counselor is responsible for maintaining professional liability insurance & CEU requirements per state licensing board.

• Minimum 5 hours weekly.

• New associates can choose their own schedule subject to office availability.

Student Internship Potions Available

 

• Student Interns enhance the service delivery at Practical Life Psychotherapy through their willing participation in program activities that enrich and complement the programs in which they are placed.

• In placement, students will be offered an array of field experiences that will effectively meet their learning needs related to engagement, assessment, interviewing, basic casework etc.

• Students are expected to have the flexibility to accommodate program needs and are required to complete administrative tasks as associated with their placement functions. A qualified licensed staff member will provide students with field instruction, including 1-2 hours of supervision weekly.

• The student will have the opportunity to attend internal and external relevant seminars and workshops.
